Jennifer Lopez, AKA J.Lo, needs to lose some poundage. 

Looks like she’s working hard to get back to her shape pre-Max and Emme. The new mama wakes up at the un-godly jour of 4 AM everyday to take off 20 kg. in less than a month. She’s been doing three-hour daily workouts, seven days a week. Her workouts consist of Pilates, a one-hour cardio workout, and an hour of weight training. 

She also hired a team of nutritionists and personal trainers to help her with eating the right food and regimen. Besides the exercise, she’s limited her daily calories to 1,400 and banned all carbohydrates.
